I know I have poo bahhed the idea of a partnership between Tesla and NVX in the past. Now I can see some big advantages to both companies. If Tesla stumped up 1 Billion = loose change for them, this would build a 100,000TPA anode plant from the sums I have been able to deduce from NVX paperwork. Also joint collaboration could see the single crystal cathode in production early. Remember provenance is 6 months for the cathode. Say a 50/50 JV retaining the NVX brand. Elon has said he is happy to sell batteries and the control systems to competitors, he doesnt want to crush them. Thanks to Bluey Waters and his deduction that DPMG is capable of producing graphene then the potential outside the Li/Ion industry is mind blowing, so a joint venture at surface seems very lop sided but when you think things through, maybe not so out there. Please dont anyone come up with a takeover theory, as discussed before NVX is very well protected from one. Feral
