Last months Chattanooga IDB meeting they discussed the changes to procedures around the PILOT programme- making it more competitive. The Resolution has been put back to Jan 8, next year. What interested me was that one of the members stated when asked said, “No, I don’t expect any new Pilots in the next 3 months”. Yet work on this site goes on.
I also noted Charles Woods, Chamber of Commerce CEO, comments in the TFP article on the 100mil grant over the weekend- “We’d love to see them to grow”
The DoE loan is in Due diligence, the site is there, Engineering will be finalised Q1 next year, the one missing piece for future expansion is offtake.
