sorry not clear on the history but is it as simple as she was working for a recruitment start up and trying to recruit for jobs at NVX even though not contracted by NVX to do so? A lot of recruitment companies do that. They look at jobs advertised then try and find a great candidate and go back to the company plugging them trying to get a recruitment fee.
or are you saying she worked for NVX which us the start up she is talking about?
