They may not re-introduce the 25% tariff, but in an interview I do remember Chris saying they are working very close with Govt, even to the wording around FEOC.
The FEOC definition will be out prior to the end of year and that will have a huge bearing on material sourcing & eligibility for 30D clean vehicle tax credits. This could leave Chinese synthetic anode ineligible. JVs such as Ford & Catl, & the big Korean manufacturers are awaiting this definition.
