I had read a couple of times & found reference in this article attached, that the next round of funding will be targeted at “next generation” batteries. Not sure if there will be another grant available for the anode side of the business. (Happy to be incorrect on this assumption)
Dry cathode technology would however, meet this criteria. Waiting on progress for that on the patent side and also how the 10tpa lab is progressing, I did see they advertised for nightshift machine operators recently at the Dartmouth site. So there’s progress. Mark McArthur is speaking on Dec 14 at a conference & will discuss the Dry Cathode technology, I hope to access to the presentation.
