Not really, very few claim to use total silicon. Dosing silicon isn’t new. Graphite accounts for 100kg per vehicle, and anode isn’t recyclable. Sila Titan anode does contain graphite.
The total anode market if we use this companies figures 150ktpa =12% of the total market by 2030. That equates to US requirement of around 1250ktpa . Therefore Riverside at 20ktpa would equate to 1.6% of US anode requirements. Thats a drop in the ocean, I don’t know how it’s not all pre sold to be honest.
