I'm perfectly aware what the IRA is trying to achieve. I'm saying it does it in an inefficient manner.
3 out of the 4 vehicles which currently qualify are Tesla's. Hardly helping to innovate beyond Tesla. The IRA just gave them a free kick.
I can't see too many people going out of there way to lease when they can just buy an ICE vehicle.
