A strategic investment from CATL would make a lot of sense for the Chinese, giving them a shoe into the lucrative US market. It would push up the SP but I cannot see the FIRB allowing it. The international relations are progressing in a manner where I think it would be a bad idea . For now we are talking Cold War. Feral
