So you don't think having internal/FTA increasing quoters of supply was enough? My grip is not allowing China to supply the rest so more EV's can qualify for the $7500. It hasn't stopped Mercedes-Benz and others who don't qualify source all their critical materials from China for their battery plants in the US.
