Yes, as Stocky said they have cell manufacturing in China. Last I checked it was 6GWh, but that was also expanding.
Novonix wont ship to China and yes, there will be delays to this anode for Kore, unless Kore do a pre-payment, not sure on what is contracted between the two companies if there was a delay with the KOREPlex being built.
