It will be interesting to keep an eye on Vianode’s progress. The parent company (and EU grants) gives confidence to their target to scale to produce synthetic graphite for 3 million vehicles by 2030 (implying about 225k tonnes per year). They are also using enclosed furnaces (not sure which brand) but a year or so behind NVX with production scale operations. They could be dominant in Europe whilst NVX is targeting 150k tonnes (or more now) in USA and Middle East.
