Chill out dude. Tysons was ostensibly saying that a listed company needs to release price sensitive information in a timely manner, that is, they can't hold onto important news til an AGM. If the important info comes to hand on the eve of an AGM it will of course be released then. Additionally, plenty of the info in the AGM - i.e. updated financial reports - will always be price sensitive but are also due to be released exactly when they are released.
There's not many folks on here who contribute in a constructive way, and you two are usually great. No need to bicker. Let's move on.
