I'm confident that the tariffs are effectively a precondition for major offtakes. Major offtakes are certainly a precondition of the major loan facility. Next month could bring significant challenges if tariff waivers are extended til after the election, but they could be the start of the countdown to blast off. Get your popcorn out!
