Tritium tried to expand fast without being profitable and not having signed contracts to buy the expanded capacity. Whereas if you look at what Novonix is doing, they're basing their expansion based on confirmed orders. Which is why they're not going to build 20K TPA so fast and they're only scaling to meet demand.
