Really well pointed out. The more I read the more i see this making sense.
@Proga I'm not going to get into a debate with you, but I need to say that I completely disagree with your comment "No point in tariffs until the rules start". The points of that tariff is the point of all tariffs, to encourage demand and investment where you want it. You're free to keep your point of view and I'm certain you'll dig your heals in so it seems we're going to agree to disagree.
