Totally. If, for example, the tariffs were applied from next month that would effectively take away all the incentive to use Chinese anode. The abovementioned FEOC rule changes would then mean that OEMs would be mad NOT to transition to local anode.
That is, buy your anode locally for the same price as the Chinese stuff, reduce that supply chain risk, guarantee your $7500 til the early 2030s... Tariffs are key, although I doubt they'll be applied next month.
