As I posted earlier, listening between the lines, SYR is deep into negotiations with someone. SYR, NVX, Graphex etc can't produce any AAM by 2027 without immediate funding. It takes years to build these plants, calibrate, ramp, test to produce anything.
I've been scratching my head how the DOE was going to make sure these co's got the funding. It's actually very clever. The DOE can't fund the lot due to legislation
