Yeh, so Trump is talking about 60% tariffs on all Chinese products. IMO its a really silly idea, but it would boost the demand for NVX's product considerably.
We've established Trump can't cancel the IRA without the GOP winning the house and senate (which is unlikely). Even if the GOP got the trifecta there's going to be some GOP congressmen and women (esp. Senators) who will vote against repealing the IRA because their states are the clear winners there - Georgia, Tennessee, Carolinas etc. IMO at worst Trump will slow things down a bit and/or change the name and a few aspects so that he can claim he is responsible for all the benefits because he is such a master dealmaker.
