Spot on! Fund managers have short term targets they're measured by so move in and out of sectors dependant upon economic conditions.
The managers I've spoken to, wont be "back" in this for approx 12 mths. Many risks have been mitigated since the funds left end 22. In fact this has only funding, staff and to a much smaller degree technology as remaining risks.
