we've seen nvx miss dates many times before. the difference this time is that the customers have far more incentive to secure local supply due to price (thanks to s301 tariffs), supply chain security, long term profitability (thanks to IRA) and, to a much smaller extent, ESG factors.
for what its worth i'm expecting big news in H2 24 and macro conditions to turn next year. a nice confluence come late 25 and onwards.
