That is a great podcast, what is your take on the comment “We just received this $103 million tax credit allocation under 48C that is going towards the Riverside facility”. Considering the podcast was published 11-Jun and the wording in the last quarterly update was ‘the company was selected to receive a US$103 million tax credit’.
Anyone with clearer view of how & when these tax credits are allocated?
I appreciate the company announcement on 01-Apr notes realisation of the full amount is subject to satisfaction of the requirements (which I don’t think have been publicly disclosed) and that it can be monetised through its sale for cash.
