Ypur statement is not even close, so to be one of the first manufacturers to produce synthetic graphite in north America is there goal which they are on track, and you say never will obviously the American government doesn't think that, and thirdly 3 quarters of the ASX never hit deadlines,maybe try starting a big business from scratch and see how easy it is, if the share price was $4 we wouldn't be having this conversation, or look at when we were $12 on no news whatsoever, its when the market reacts then watch this move, although i did get Monday at 15% with announcement completely wrong lol
