Anyone else see the interview with Jim Farley, CEO of Ford. He stated that they had instructed their Korean battery providers that they MUST source their materials for the next generation vehicles battery, which is expected in 2 1/2 years and is being developed by their skunk works which is lead by Tesla Y's chief engineer from secure sources. Which he stated must come rom jurisdictions acceptable to the US i.e. not China and ideally processed in the US or Canada etc and specifically mentioned graphite. With our tie up with LG and Panasonic the future must be looking very positive for those with patience.
Worth searching for.
He also discussed in detail the importance of being able to use the battery for vehicle to home and grid.
