i agree though, we won't see much movement without a catalyst. at that point the forces that influence price will start working for us (again).

in better news, the vast majority of announced battery plants have now started construction, with many reaching completion within the next 12 months. whoever controls the house, senate and presidency (unlikely to be the same party for all three), there's no way they change policy to such an extent that hundreds of billions of dollars worth of investment sits idle while unemployment soars in rust belt states.
