The 3000t was destined for Kore in 2024 but because of their ties with their original Chinese suppliers there was a delay with the loan process, Kore’s CEO Lindsay Gorrill revealed more recently the delays meant Koreplex would not be in production until some time in 2026.
Novonix currently have limited furnace production capacity so why focus on manufacturing a clients product they don’t require for another 18months minimum.
So they will be mass producing, but for product development & sampling for LGES & Panasonic, very different to production generating revenue and in my view not possible in 2024, hence the more realistic view 2025.
Chris might surprise us and actually achieve a timeline for once but from past experience I have no confidence of that at all.
I’m expecting some dribble line similar to the “producing in line with customers requirements” to be used again.
