9 out of 10 pre-revenue cash burners, start-ups if you wish, that breathe and live solely thanks to the generosity of shareholders go into administration before turning any profit. Your way of thinking appears to be really simplistic and naive, i.e. you assume just because the company was incorporated, it will produce, it will profit and it will succeed. However, that's not how things work in real life. Mark my words, this applies to NVX as well.
