Reading the investor deck surfaced another Japan concideration. Japanese and S.Korea battery producers are far more exposed to Chinese export bans on anode than American companies. They must be highly incentivised to localize/diversify production. Especially since, as close USA allies, they'll likely qualify for IRA incentives.
