Yep, very tough year for EV material producers trying to put forward a more ESG friendly alternative without being at a cost parody to China. This is where the cathode side of the business has more hope.
In April the company put it out for public notice, two new furnaces to be installed at Blue and one Electric Calcinator at Corporate place. I’m not sure whether they’re transporting material back and forth (would hope not) however this is the 3000ktpa ramp up. I agree they are watching $ now & across US a lot of future investment decisions are waiting the outcome of election, with policies on EVs as polarised as the candidates.
