After a quick sift through, it seems to me that there are delaying tactics going on with late submissions etc. The last few pieces of correspondence relate to Panasonic trying to get its 5th supplementry submission accepted that was only put in on 14/5.
Hopefully we should get the prelim soon.
Its worth noting most other late submissions have been rejected. Just not Panasonic's yet.
