A sharp drop like today usually comes down to two reasons: either all the good news has already been priced in, or the outcome fell short of expectations. I believe it’s the latter—falling short of expectations. The 6.55% tariff didn’t meet the expectations of many, so they chose to sell their shares, which led to a 15% drop today. Once they finish selling, the stock price should stabilize.
