Novonix's JV with Pr Mark Obrovac and his team of PHD Scientist at Dalhousie University means that it will stay at the forefront of new EV and Grid Storage Battery technology for the next decade at least.

Have a look at what Novonix's research team, via Pr Mark Obrovac is working on, in addition to the silicon infused graphite anode material where a Patent Application was made 12 months ago. We should hear more about this breakthrough, which provides longer range on a single charge this year.

These are the beyond lithium ion technologies they are working on, which are expected to be released to the market in 8-12 yrs from now.

Solid State, Lithium Metal, Sodium Ion, Metal Ion, Magnesium batteries, etc etc.

Research interests
