Talga needs $1Billion capital investment, for a graphite anode that only lasts for 250,00-300,000milesand 8 years on the Grid. Won't be producing for at least 3 years if they get everything perfect during their pilot plant phase. Only after they have completed the pilot plant and dialled it in for 3-4 months, send out their natural graphite to suppliers for testing for another 3-6 months will they be able to secure the $1Billion Capital Raising for the production plant and mine....

BTW - Talga's graphite costs are only slightly lower than Novonix's, once Novonix have their NVX DPMG manufacturing process in place shortly....

This is the process (below) that Talga will be using to process their natural graphite anode....CSTR!

Terrible for the environment and Capex and Opex!

Remember, Talga's CSTR loses 50% of the graphite during the manufacturing process let alone the costs of toxic chemicals, hundreds of thousands of litres per water each week and heaters/driers....

That graphite is gone and can never be used for EV or Grid Storage batteries once processed....
