Toyota claims to deliver a prototype of solid state battery car in 2021. So here is a good comparison video with the Tesla 4680 cell. In short, Toyota SSB has several issues with short cycle life, safety, price, scalability. It might come in 2030 with large scale production, if it will be a viable option at all at that time.
