CATL used to own 30% of Novonix prior to 2017 take over.
Condition of take over was an ongoing supply agreement.
That could be ment a few things back then in 2017:
-Natural Graphite from Mt DromDromedary project (on ive now)
- BTS sales
- PureGraphite
No idea if that is even still relevant, but management have always stated they operate with a lot of NDAs
