In an interview aired on YouTube channel ASX Investor on 21 Feb 2021, Lake resources (LKE) CEO Stephen Promnitz had this to say whilst explaining why they’re working with Novonix and Jeff Dahn’s appointment and connection to Tesla;
“Just a couple of weeks ago, late January, he (Jeff Dahn) actually came back to Novonix in an executive role. He’s maintained his relationship with Tesla. Tesla has extended their funding out to 2026 and accessing some of their technology. So just by association, we can not only show our batteries work but we can show that it works for the key players in the latest technology in the industry.”Appears to suggest that Novonix Andrews Tesla are workng closely together, although this could be for battery testing activities, rather than Novonix
battery material.
