This is a good time to voice a question I've had since January.
In the ann, it states "Prof. Dahn will provide advice with respect to NVX initiatives across its battery materials and research businesses as well as key customer and business dev projects.."
Question - Does anyone here know of corporate situation where the lead scientist of the one of world's most sophisticated and proprietary technology companies is allowed to effectively cross-pollinate with a relatively small, outside company? Surely, there are NDA's in place, but it would seem Dahn's most relevant "key customer advice" would have been learned from Tesla while there. I'm not pushing a connection between the two, but trying to rationalize something that doesn't fit together. Certainly, such a setup would have been approved by Musk himself, and for some reason. Aw hell, I guess there's something specific Musk is after in this setup, otherwise how could this happen?
