my definition of momentum would be a bill/s consisting of definitive actions desired to bring the supply line, not a bunch of senators discussing that it's a good idea.
If you insist on exaggerating, i will insist on correcting it, just as you are impulsively optimistic, i am impulsively pragmatic.
