There is some serious cash in them grants.
Novonix is ticking all the criteria as well.
Add that one of BODs (Andrew Liveris) helped get the Bipartisan deal through the Senate, Novonix would have to be a serious contender for some big $$$
PureGraphite anode materials currently scaling, gaining more grants to execute this would see more money for Cathode development and/or the next phase to push beyond 40kTPA with PureGraphite.
Multi billion dollar company from here on IMO.
