Gene Berdichevsky, former Tesla engineer has said that he will have an anode for a forever car in 2030. I have read that they will not scale that quickly and will have minor share (?10% in 2025).
So I would like to see us get at least an equivalent valuation to start which is 3x. There is currently a lot of buzz and noise from SPACs which have raised approx. 230 Bn this year. It depends on what they reveal of their IP portfolio and their relationships. If they play up their innovation and scientific angle, especially with Jeff Dahn and they can get under the Tesla halo, then we will get a good multiple of forward estimated earnings. 10X easy, perhaps in the twenties. There have been three Innovation ETFs announced including Goldman Sachs copying Cathie Wood's ARK-she has about 22 Bn AUM with a huge stake in Tesla. If emulation is the sincerest form of flattery then the recent double short ARKK ETF is fame... So I hope they really play up the innovation angle for those companies get huge multiples. ARKK publishes it's daily end of the day holdings on it's website.
I don't get Motley Fool but they were big into Netflix, Shopify, The Trade Desk... a lot of sub-branding and no idea how many subscribers but can move the needle. So that's the direction I would like to see it go. I guess we will find out when they uplist.
