I wouldn't say they are 'napping', they are trying to prove up an industry that currently does not exist in the US.
IMO, the NASDAQ listing and DOE loans are being saved for something big.
After last Friday with the ratification of the Insto Shares (allows the company to list and raise more funds on the NASDAQ) and Phillips 66 officially on deck, Novonix is now putting in place some big plans to meet both AUTO and Cell Manufacturers demands for local supply chains.
Andrew Liveris is, if not the most connected businessman in the western world. He and ST Baker know where the money is and they have both chipped in a lot of $$ over the past few years into Novonix. Very bullish signal IMO.
I will not be selling any shares any time soon, way to much potential.
