I was keeping an eye on that too. The major part of the infrastructure deal that would be positive for NVX would be charging stations (as per https://www.wsj.com/articles/infrastructure-bill-2021-what-11627515002) as such I wouldn't expect too much of a drop as a result.
"A total of $7.5 billion will go to implementing a network of electric vehicle chargers, and another $7.5 billion will be used for zero-emission or low-emission buses and ferries." - as per WSJ article.
