The massive bill they have been trying to pass in the US for $3.5 Trillion worth of spend which also has all the funding for making the US Battery Supply chain on home soil become a reality.
Democrats cant get it passed as some of their own not happy with it and now sounding like it might be cut in half. I would expect therefore that some of the funds that NVX fans might have assumed would help build the business might be at risk.
