Samsung SDI are the only SK battery company that hasn't fully committed to a location in the US (yet), but there is a lot of customers knocking on the door.
MOA with Stellantis to JV a factory up to 40GWh and also JV with Rivian to scale.

Might see a supply agreement dropped with the Big Blue dog and pony show in two weeks. All pending successful testing by Samsung SDI of the initial 500T order.
