You asked my thoughts on Rivian.
Their car looks amazing. It's a really brilliant package, especially for a first model. So many clever ideas and features in the design.
As an investment, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole at current valuation.
That doesn't mean I'm not positive about their potential, but unlike Tesla, they are still so far way from scaling up, I couldn't value them more than maybe $20B.
They are currently valued 2 or 3 times higher than Tesla was in 2019...and that's when Tesla has already made 4 models and sold 100,000's of cars
