How do you think the US market will price this on NASDAQ listing?

Overvalued or undervalued. I am going with the later.... but that's just my opinion.

- Only US company to have a fully localized supply chain scaling for graphite and fully funded to 40,000TPA
- Cathode Materials Division scaling up (new partnerships / opportunities in 2022 to strengthen the company)
- Lead R&D adviser is Professor Jeff Dahn (world class name and still works as Tesla's R&D partner while holding Novonix appointment)
- R&D collaboration with DAL University (future battery tech R&D)
- P66 partnership for feedstock
- Harper International partnership for furnace systems to scale
- Emera Technology partnership for micro grid storage in the US
- Samsung SDI and Sanyo/Panasonic supply that should result in large scale supply contracts by the end of 2022
- European expansion for SG with P66 UK Humbler is a high possible option this year
- Best in class board of directors at Novonix and P66
- Hold a high grade natural graphite deposit in QLD
- BTS division has industry wide applications and has built Novonix as world class leader in R&D with many of the biggest names in the industry


Novonix has the the management to scale this globally and we haven't even seen the squeeze for graphite yet.
