I wouldn't be too concerned this has the hallmarks of a protected industry being the only synthetic graphite producer into the US. Background on the board and major shareholders should give comfort to anyone buying this scrip . The tech is the key and it doesn't belong to Sino interests, it's a winner. Without doing the my opinion rubbish obviously.
