I believe these grants will still be there in the new drafted bills. All the billions of dollars all the car companies have pumped into EVs in the last year into America creating a job boom. Both political parties would be getting huge campaign donations from the auto industry.
it would be in their best interest to insure the same policy is drafted into its own bill.
