We literally just had our first supply agreement for a 12GWh factory.
Samsung SDI and Sanyo will come in good time, no point releasing fluff for the sake of it.
Dont forget that half year reports are due next week.
As for the little guys, the CR in 2020 was open to all holders for 1 for 1 share option at .29c while the SP was trading above $1. I wouldn't say they are arrogant to retail, they just operate as a business / company that has better things to do than releasing announcements for short term fluctuations in SP.
