Yeah, the amount of GWhs coming online from 2024/2025 and the push for localised supply is gaining massive traction.

Our 50,000TPA goal by 2025 would really only service 1 to 2 large customers.

Government support IMO looks promising. BIF and Defence Production Act will hopefully kick start US supply at scale. Once Novonix can prove a supply contract at scale, which we already have with Kore, but say a Tier 1 EV manufacturer, that will unlock US DOE Loan Program. Between all three different grants and loans, we should be able to scale to 100-150k TPA with ease for finance. Getting the factories built is going to be the slow part unfortunately.

We also have Cathode Materials Division coming online from October this year as well, opening up a completely different segment of the market for Novonix.

Canada is also pushing large grants into the EV supply space, there could be opportunities to double tap both US and Canadian grants. Cathode is still early days and it's very interesting having Prof Jeff Dahn as our Chief Scientific Adviser overseeing the pilot line being built in Nova Scotia.
