Lithium was a massive pump and dump. Sadly, the whole EV thing is a massive government-subsidised (i.e. paid by taxpayers all around the world) extravaganza and the sooner we move on (or back) to real things, the better for the humanity and this lovely planet. Sadly, it is politics above environment, efficiency, science, etc.
